The principle of nitrogen generator is designed and manufactured according to PSA technology. 99.9995% Nitrogen making system uses imported high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent and adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption at room temperature to separate air to produce high-purity nitrogen. Usually, two adsorption towers are connected in parallel, and the time sequence is strictly controlled by the automatic control system according to the specific programmable program. The pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration are carried out alternately to complete the separation of nitrogen and oxygen and obtain the required high purity nitrogen.
